Last Exile Pop Art

Last Exile is a bit of an older series, but I only got around to watching fairly recently, on the whole the series is interesting but kind of bland and honestly hard to stay interested in, but there were some standouts that really interested me the world the series is set, seems fantastical and interesting as well any scene that involved the military, those scenes are very brutal, they combine this horrific civil war style of fighting (where everyone stands in a line and shoots at each other the side with the least death wins) and this fantastical steampunk airship dogfights. But anyways I don’t really want to do a review of the series I more so just wanted to do this drawing of the two main characters Claus and Lavie. I used an image of the DVD cover art as a reference and built on from it and added the rest of their plane. I love the design of the technology in this world is this combo of WW2 and steampunk.
