Over the last couple of months, I've been looking for new stuff to put on in the background while I work. Recently I found this thing called the SCP Foundation and have just been turning through YouTube videos about the different entries.
If you haven't heard of the SCP Foundation, basically it's a community-based fictional database for an organisation called the SCP foundation. the fictional organisation is committed to locating and containing individuals, entities, locations and objects that violate natural law, these are referred to as SCP's. The website acts as their database that contains all of their findings. The majority of the entries on the website are horror based and are written in a very scientific and academic writing style.
My favourite of these entries so far is SCP-3008 which is an endless IKEA, that customers become trapped in when visiting any IKEA. In the IKEA a tribal civilisation has formed by different customers. There are also these monsters that roam around the store that look like IKEA employees except they are misshapen people without faces completely make out of the skin. During the day these creatures are docile, but at night they become violent and attack and kill any human they come across. All the while only saying "The store is now closed, please exit the building" really creepy stuff.
So after listening to a lot of videos, in particular, SCP Illustrated, I went through all his video's, he does these great videos with simple drawings that give you a good visual of each SCP entire. I wanted to do a drawing for SCP-3008-2 because I really like the look of the creatures and think that they are really creepy.
